Keeping your Fleet Afloat
MST provides second to none aftersales service, support and supply of parts. Our range of Fleet Management services are available worldwide and include service and repair, maintenance, and training packages so that craft perform how they should, when they should, in even the most challenging of conditions.
With a focus on customer satisfaction, we provide a wide range of aftersales services from ad-hoc parts and servicing to complete maintenance contracts, which we deliver through our global network of wholly owned and strategic partner service centres. To ensure a timely response to your requirements, all service centres have direct priority access to our inventory of critical spares, which we despatch worldwide.
As well as the standard planned and preventative maintenance your fleet requires, we offer corrective maintenance to ensure minimised downtime and maximised operational uptime. As a maintenance contract client, you benefit from a dedicated account manager as your single point of contact, so that everything runs as efficiently as you would expect.
Bespoke Training
Training and support for military and professional users of MST craft operating in the defence, security, law enforcement, and search and rescue sectors.
MST’s bespoke training packages are tailored to meet your requirements and cover boat orientation, familiarisation and operation, as well as maintenance for through-life value. We equip your staff with the confidence and capabilities to operate high performance craft in the most challenging of environments.
We offer training at our Merseyside shipyard and can also deliver in-country training through our network of specialist global partners.
MST craft owners can contact us to discuss training requirements.
