National Apprenticeship Week

At Marine Specialised Technology, we’re proud to continue supporting and investing in our apprentices across Electrical, Mechanical, Design, and Finance disciplines. Apprenticeships play a vital role in developing the next generation of skilled professionals, and we remain committed to providing meaningful opportunities that support both individual development and long-term careers within the business.

We are also proud to announce our further commitment to HNC-level qualifications, reinforcing our long-term investment in skills development, progression, and future talent. As part of this, we are currently enrolling Lewis Alcock and Joe Higgins through the apprenticeship scheme.

Thank you to Jemima Porter-Lawson, Business Development Executive at Cheshire College South & West, who kindly presented a gift as a “thank you” as we begin our relationship with the college. We look forward to continuing to work with them on HNCs and apprenticeships in the future.

It’s great to see Zach Quigley already progressing at the college, currently studying as a mechanical fitter. We are also fully committed to strengthening our relationship with the engineering college, actively supporting open evenings, events, and workshops to engage with future talent, including the upcoming open evening and workshop on 12th February, as we continue to build a strong and sustainable apprenticeship pipeline.
